The powder-coated gloss black cast aluminium frame provides a rigid, corrosion-resistant foundation built for the most demanding marine environment. The high-stiffness matte black polypropylene, carbon fibre, and glass fibre composite cone delivers the rigidity and excursion needed for competition-level SPL output, with an Xmax of 11mm and an Sd of 510.7 cm² providing impressive cone area and travel. The high-roll Santoprene thermoformed rubber surround provides a superior seal and long-term durability under sustained high-power use.

A dual 4″ voice coil wound on a fiberglass former handles 1,200W RMS and 2,400W peak with a heavy-duty magnetic system providing the motor force required for true SPL performance. The integrated multi-part cooling system — combining a T-yoke heat sink with combination peripheral and pole piece venting — ensures consistent low voice coil temperatures during extended high-output sessions. Gold-plated screw-down binding posts provide secure, corrosion-resistant connections at any power level.

Optimised for a 1.2 cubic foot sealed enclosure or a 1.8 cubic foot ported enclosure tuned at 41Hz. Backed by Wet Sounds’ 2-year warranty.
